We are pleased to announce the completion of DTN upgrading and relocating its data centers to Chicago, IL.  This will place our operations closer to the Chicago-based exchanges and to major communication trunklines for other exchanges.   In observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday, DTN Customer Service will be open the following hours: Thursday, November 25th : Closed from 12:00 p.m. CT – 5:00 p.m. CT Reopen at 5:00 p.m. CT. Friday, November 26th: Closing at 2:00 p.m. CT. Sunday, November 28th: Regular open at 5:00 p.m. CT.   Thanksgiving Day

  In observance of the Labor Day holiday, DTN Customer Service will close at 6:00 p.m. CT on Friday, September 3rd and reopen at 5:00 p.m. CT on Monday September 6th from 1:00 a.m. CT until 10:00 a.m. CT. Closed from 10:00 a.m. CT – 5:00 p.m. CT Normal hours will resume at 5:00 p.m.
