Connect and Disconnect Overview Help

After DTN.IQ is running you can disconnect from it using the SmartBar right mouse menu. The SmartBar remains visible but the applications are not accessible. You can reconnect to DTN.IQ from the right mouse menu.

To connect to DTN.IQ using the SmartBar:

  1. Move the mouse cursor onto the DTN.IQ SmartBar or DTN.IQ toolbar.
  2. Click the right mouse button and select Connect.

The Login screen appears.

  1. Click on Connect.

To disconnect from DTN.IQ using the SmartBar:

  1. Move the mouse cursor onto the DTN.IQ SmartBar or DTN.IQ toolbar.
  2. Click the right mouse button and select Disconnect.

The SmartBar remains on the screen, but all the application icons are inaccessible.

  1. Click on the  in the upper right-hand corner to close the DTN.IQ SmartBar.
