Fundamental Data Help
To display Fundamental Data, click on the FD button on the Snap Quote toolbar. Here are descriptions of the data in Fundamental Data window.
| 52 Week High | Highest trade price in the last 52 weeks. |
| Years High | Highest trade price in the current calendar year. |
| P/E | Price to Earnings Ratio. |
| Current EPS | Current year earnings per share. |
| Div Amount | Most recent dividend amount. |
| Div Yield | The latest annual dividend divided by the last price of the security multiplied by 100. |
| Pay Date | The date the dividend is to be paid. |
| Current Assets | Current Assets (Millions). |
| Debt | Long Term Debt. |
| Growth % | Five year growth percentage. |
| Split #1 | Split factor 1 (Format: Split, Date). |
| % Held | Percentage held by institutions. |
| Options | Base Option symbol. |
| Leaps | Leap symbol(s). |
| 52 Week Low | Lowest trade price in the last 52 weeks. |
| Years Low | Lowest trade price in the current calendar year. |
| Beta | Measures a stock’s volatility in relation to the rest of the market as measured by the S&P 500 index. |
| Est EPS | Next years earning per share estimate. |
| Div Rate | Indicated annual dividend rate based on the latest payment. |
| Div Exp Date | Interval of time between the announcement and payment of a confirmed dividend. An investor who buys stock during this period is not entitled to the dividend. |
| Cmn Shr Out | Common shares outstanding (thousands). |
| Cur Liab | Current liability (millions). |
| Balance Date | Balance Sheet Date. |
| Fisc Yr Date | Fiscal year end. |
| Split #2 | Split factor 2 (Format: Split, Date). |
| AVG Volume | 30 day average trading volume. |
View Snap Quotes
You can open an empty Snap Quote window by clicking on the 
button from DTN_IQ Smartbar. You can then select a symbol for which you want a Snap Quote. You can also open a Snap Quote window for a symbol from a Watch List or from any application with the Snap Quote icon on its toolbar.
You can open multiple Snap Quote windows and view data for a different symbol in each window.
To view a Snap Quote:
- From the DTN.IQ Smart Bar, click on the Snap Quote icon
An empty Snap Quote window appears.
- Click on the toolbar symbol arrow
and select a symbol from the drop-down menu.
Or
Type a symbol in the field and then press Enter.
The system displays the Snap Quote for the symbol.
To open multiple Snap Quote windows:
- From the DTN.IQ Smart Bar, click on the Snap Quote icon.
An empty Snap Quote window appears.
- Click on the toolbar symbol arrow and select a symbol from the drop-down menu.
Or
Type a symbol in the field, and then press Enter.
The system displays the Snap Quote for the symbol.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to open Snap Quote windows for additional symbols.
To view a Snap Quote from a Watch List:
- From the DTN.IQ Smart Bar, click on the Watch List icon.
- Open a Watch List.
- Double click on the symbol whose Snap Quote you want to view.
Tip: You can double click anywhere in the symbol’s row.
A Snap Quote (Watch List) for the symbol appears.
